Matt has over 25 years of experience in building systems engineering, consulting engineering, project management, program and contract administration, commissioning, and construction.  He has designed, supervised and administered multi-discipline engineering efforts for projects in the corporate/commercial, healthcare, telecommunication, mission critical, educational, pharmaceutical, retail, entertainment, broadcasting, and residential sectors.  He has offered expert testimony and served as an owner’s technical representative in contract negotiations.

Matt is a professional engineer licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New York.  He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and a Certified Building Inspection Engineer (CBIE).
