The Rock Brook Consulting Group provided professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for Rutgers University’s new two-story, 19,000-square-foot residence hall on the Douglass Campus. Rock Brook’s services also included contract administration during the construction phase of the project.
