The Rock Brook Consulting Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for Rutgers University as part of their 5,000-square-foot expansion to the Busch Dining Hall on Busch Campus in Piscataway, New Jersey. The project included the design of new rooftop HVAC units, as well as the design of a new fire water service and new electrical power distribution for branch circuit wiring. Although Rutgers University did not elect to pursue a formal LEED Certification, the engineering design included LEED criteria to provide energy efficiency systems and components.
