Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Monroe, NJ)

We are seeking a qualified and energetic individual for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position in our Monroe Township, New Jersey office. The right candidate will have prior experience working in a busy office setting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, (Adobe In-Design and CRM is a plus)

Sr. Electrical Engineer (Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY and Monroe, NJ)

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our electrical design team as a Sr. Electrical Engineer.  General requirements and responsibilities may include the following:

REQUIREMENT

  • 15+ years of professional electrical engineering experience
  • BS in electrical engineering
  • PE license (a plus, but not required)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Knowledge/Proficiency in Revit
  • Proficient with Etap, Capper/Dapper or equivalent
  • Proficient in the development of specifications for UPS Systems, Emergency/Standby Generators as well as paralleling generator systems, and low and medium-voltage switchgear
  • Thorough knowledge and ability to interpret code compliance requirements and industry standards
  • Experience with the development of short circuit and selective coordination studies
  • Standard specification writing, editing and technical writing skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of supervising staff and entry and mid-level engineers and designers
  • Ability to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate with members of client’s team
  • Knowledge of mixed-use, commercial, and pharmaceutical facilities 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the design of the electrical systems, equipment selection and layout throughout the life of the project
  • Provide technical assistance in the selection of equipment
  • Attend client meetings, and represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with clients and consultants
  • Prepare and/or critically review basic deliverables and products including calculations, drawings and specifications
  • Examine field conditions as required to support development and completion of projects
  • Provide guidance and support for less experienced engineers
  • Attend and when necessary lead design team meetings as required
  • Establish effective supplier information handling and approval procedures and assure timely review and approval cycle of supplier drawings
  • Provide technical expertise and applications knowledge for electrical equipment
  • Maintain good working relationships with project managers and other discipline teams
  • Prepare and/or review estimates that are consistent with the project requirements and maintain complete and concise documentation for management review
  • Assist the Project Manager in establishing logic, durations and required project hours for the schedule on assigned contracts
  • Assist the Project Manager in periodically reviewing project hour forecasts to ensure they are maintained by carefully monitoring and expediting the flow of work and initiating corrective action when required

Sr. Plumbing Engineer (New York, NY)

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our plumbing design team as a Sr. Plumbing  Engineer.  General requirements and responsibilities may include the following:

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10-15 years experience in professional plumbing engineering
  • BS in engineering preferred
  • Knowledge/Proficiency in Auto CAD
  • Knowledge/Proficiency in Revit
  • Basic knowledge of New York fire protection and plumbing codes
  • Standard specification editing and writing skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft plans, models, and riser diagrams, perform pipe sizing and equipment calculations, and assist in the preparation of design narratives and specifications
  • Work in close contact with the entire MEP/FP design team and attend design meetings as required
  • Expand knowledge of plumbing systems and codes in preparation for a Certified in Plumbing Design Certification (CPD)
