Camden, NJ – The largest publicly traded wastewater and water utility company in the nation, American Water, is a few weeks away from occupying its new One Water Street headquarters in Camden, NJ.  The move is a part of a $1 billion mixed-use development initiative known as The Camden Waterfront.

American Water consolidated four (4) locations in central New Jersey into a single new building. The project brought together multiple business groups (approximately 866 occupants) into a 219,000 RSF facility consisting of workplace and approximately 25,000 SF of amenities.

As part of Gensler’s team, The Rock Brook Consulting Group, PA provided professional HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, Fire Alarm, LEED Consulting, IT, and Security engineering services of design and construction administration for the project.
