The Rock Brook Consulting Group was selected by Celgene to be their consulting engineer for the design of seven floors within a Class A, multi-tenant, commercial office building in Berkeley Heights, NJ.  As part of this project, The Rock Brook Consulting Group provided professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, information technology, and security engineering design services.  In order to accommodate Celgene’s various lease expirations around New Jersey, the design and construction of this project was extremely aggressive.  The commercial office renovation portion of the project included the design of new supplemental air conditioning systems, electrical power distribution and the upgrade and design of a new telecommunication infrastructure.  A major component of the project was also the coordination and design of infrastructure to support audio/visual systems and equipment deployed in all conference and meeting rooms.  The project scope included the design of MEP/FP/IT/Security over seven floors, and totaling approximately 200,000 square feet of Class A, corporate office space.
