The Virgin Spa at Natirar
Peapack - Gladstone, NJ
Grass roots design of a 500 Acre world class five-star resort and
conference center. This project includes the infrastructure
design and tenant fit-out for all the HVAC,
electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
The design includes the anticipation of LEED
certification, Geothermal
analysis, energy recovery, Gray Water analysis,
design and various pay back analysis of various
systems. Within the facility, there is engineering
support for conference center, office suites,
fitness center, restaurants and various support
